My stay was charming! The breakfast featured homemade Umbrian pastries that were both delicious and unique, setting the perfect tone for each day. Plus, I loved relaxing on my balcony while soaking in the views of the quiet street and the Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli.

Location is fantastic, right across from the train station, making it super easy to catch early trains or explore the area. Breakfast featured a delightful selection of pastries and had freshly cooked eggs, adding to the morning experience. Staff were genuinely accommodating, even preparing breakfast early on my departure day. However, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature during warmer days. On the top floor, I heard annoying noises from the water pump intermittently, which impacted my sleep. Despite these issues, the overall charm and affordable pricing with great amenities made my stay enjoyable.

The selection of items for breakfast stands out, with a decent variety to choose from, making it an enjoyable start to the day. The room provided comfort for a stay of two nights, allowing for a decent amount of rest despite some interruptions.

The top floor accommodation experienced annoying water pump noises, creating a restless night. Location-wise, while it was quite suitable for my agenda, expect a bus ride to the central areas where the popular attractions are. The air conditioning also failed to operate effectively, adding to the discomfort during warmer nights. Breakfast pastries, while good, didn’t hit the mark of excellence seen in other places.

My stay at moderno was fantastic! I really enjoyed the lovely balcony with great views and the delicious breakfast with excellent pastries. The staff went above and beyond, preparing breakfast early for me when i had to leave early in the morning.

The two-night stay featured a well-prepared breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and delightful homemade pastries. The coffee was especially impressive, adding to the morning experience. However, the room had some noise disturbances from the street and the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature during warmer days.
