We had a great stay at a welcoming hotel with a fantastic location. Being just across the train station made it convenient for us, especially with our luggage. We loved that the bus to St. Francis' Basilica was right across the hotel, and there were also great restaurants within walking distance. The owner, Signore Carlo, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even playing Italian music during breakfast. The room was clean and the breakfast good. If you want to experience Assisi without the crowds, I highly recommend this hotel! a treasure of a stay.

The hotel is perfectly located just a stone's throw away from the train station. It is very convenient for travellers to get around as the bus stop and taxis are just opposite the hotel. the rooms are clean and spacious, and some offer beautiful views of the Basilica. the staff is kind and helpful and the hotel facilities are well maintained.
The breakfast variety was quite disappointing, that is the only aspect that can be improved.

We had a wonderful romantic escape with great location just steps from the train station, which was especially convenient for our arrival and departure. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious and abundant. We especially enjoyed having a nice big balcony to sit out on and enjoy the cool evening.
Our room was very basic and could use some updating. The furniture was a bit worn and the décor was not very modern.

The hotel's location just opposite the train station was very convenient for me as I was traveling with heavy luggage. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed during my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and a highlight for me was the delicious breakfast served every morning.

Bellissima ristrutturazione, curata in ogni dettaglio. Camera ampia e pulita, bagno idem con super doccia. Piscina con vista sulle colline. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.
